Wandering, Why
(2020 – 2021)
Created over the course of 10 months beginning in October 2020. Comprised of 4 identical pieces of basswood glued and pressed together. After carving and sanding, it was sealed and then painted with acrylic paint. Total dimensions - 36” x 24” x 2”
Frame was custom built by Kyle Seuring (seuringkr1@gmail.com). Crafted entirely by hand using walnut and then finished with tung oil and an oil-based polyurethane.
